A Sound Meditation to Open Your Heart 🤍

It’s common to hear “open your heart,”but what does it really mean?And how do you actually do that?

Opening the heart is not about forcing love, or pretending to be always open and kind.
It’s a gentle act of awareness, a choice to meet yourself with honesty, to feel what’s there, and to allow it to move.

Sometimes it feels like expansion and warmth.
Sometimes it feels like pain, resistance, or even emptiness.
But in all those moments, your heart is communicating with you.
It’s showing you where love wants to flow again.

Opening your heart to self-love means softening the walls you’ve built to protect yourself; not by breaking them down, but by breathing into the and melt them.
By allowing yourself to be seen, by
you.

This month, I’ve created a Sound Meditation: “Open Your Heart”,
a space where you can reconnect with yourself through vibration and breath.
Let the sound guide you inward, beyond thoughts, beyond expectations,
into that sacred space where love simply
is.
