Meet youself where you are - Awakening Awareness

Namaste %FIRSTNAME%,

Let me start with a few gentle questions:

What’s going on in your life right now?

Where is your time, your attention, your energy going?

Take a moment. Really feel into it.

Because where you place your attention, that’s the reality you are creating

and constantly nurturing.

Stopping to observe

From time to time, it’s important to stop and observe.

Not to judge yourself, just to notice. And another question naturally appears:

Are you making time and spaceto nurture the relationship with yourself?

Take a deep breath with me right now, wherever you are.

It’s okay if it feels hard to create that space. It’s okay if you’ve been avoiding it. It’s okay.

Making a new choice

Let’s make a new choice together.

Not by forcing change. Not by fixing anything. But by gently redirecting ourselves

back into the present moment.

So often, our attention is pulled toward:

  • what’s missing

  • what feels heavy

  • what didn’t work

  • what we fear might happen

And without realizing it, you start living from there.

But every time you come back to yourself, every time you notice your breath, your body, your inner state, you are choosing again.

Choosing yourself is not a big act

Choosing yourself doesn’t mean changing your whole life overnight.

It’s much simpler than that.

It looks like:

  • pausing before reacting

  • listening to what your body needs

  • allowing yourself to feel instead of pushing through

  • telling yourself the truth, gently

  • coming back to the present moment

These are small daily shifts.

But they change everything. Because they remind you that you are not powerless inside your own life. You always have a choice in how you meet this moment.

When choosing yourself feels hard

If choosing yourself brings up guilt… if it feels selfish…

if there’s an inner conflict happening…

Take a deep breath and simply acknowledge it.

It’s okay to feel this way.

Pausing with it is already a step beyond it.

This month’s meditation is an invitation to make a conscious choice.

A gentle renewal of love for yourself. Choosing yourself again and again.

And softly going beyond what makes it hard to stay consistent with that choice.

Let it be a moment to meet yourself with honesty and kindness.
