Meet Laura Corbelli

Conscious Living Mentor, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer and Voice Facilitator.

f I had to describe how I got here in just a few words, I would say this:

The need to find myself. The longing to find my Soul and my connection with the Divine. And the deep, almost desperate desire to be free to express who I truly am.

For as long as I can remember, there has been something inside me asking me to look deeper. To question what I was told life should look like. To understand who I was beneath the expectations, the roles, the fears and the stories I had learned to carry.

I wanted to feel at home in myself.

I wanted to feel free.

And, perhaps more than anything, I wanted to be able to express what was truly alive inside me — without having to make myself smaller, fit into a mould, or become someone I wasn't.

I didn't know then that this desire would become the thread connecting so many different chapters of my life.

It would lead me to my voice and the healing potential of sound. To spirituality and self-exploration. To yoga, meditation and embodied practices. And eventually, to the work I do today.

Looking back, I don't see these as separate paths.

They were all different ways of asking the same question:

What does it mean to truly be yourself — and to actually live from that place?

My Story

My path into this work didn't begin with becoming a yoga teacher.

It began with a deep desire to understand myself.

For much of my life, I felt different. I was highly sensitive, deeply reflective, and often searching for a place where I truly belonged. Like many people I work with today, I spent years looking outside myself for answers, hoping that the next experience, the next achievement, or the next path would finally bring me the sense of peace I was looking for.

What I eventually discovered was that the answers I was seeking had never really been outside of me.

They were waiting beneath the noise of my thoughts, the expectations I had learned to live by, the roles I tried to carry, the places I tried to fit in, and the patterns that had shaped the way I experienced life.

Around the age of 18, I began exploring spirituality and self-awareness, searching for answers to the questions that had always lingered in my heart.

This journey led me inward, into the realms of consciousness and the deeper aspects of myself.

Along the way, I explored many different holistic practices, each one revealing something new and meaningful.

Music, singing and playing have always been among my greatest passions.

It was through my voice that I found my way into a deeper understanding of myself.

Singing and overtoning became more than forms of expression. They became a doorway into a deeper connection with myself, sound and something greater than myself.

Then came yoga

Yoga eventually became an important part of that journey.

What initially drew me to yoga was the practice itself — movement, breath, stillness and meditation. But with time, I began to understand that yoga was offering me something much bigger.

It was teaching me how to pay attention. How to stay present when things are uncomfortable. How to soften without giving up my strength.

How to listen to my body instead of constantly overriding it. How to create space between what happens and how I choose to respond.

And, perhaps most importantly, how to meet myself exactly where I am.

Over the years, my personal exploration grew into a professional path. I completed 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, became a YFM Certified Teacher, continued my studies in India, and deepened my practice through Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork, Pranayama and embodied movement.

Alongside yoga, I continued exploring voice and sound, allowing these practices to become an increasingly integrated part of the way I work with others.

But while training gave me knowledge and tools, experience taught me how to embody them.

Everything I share today has first been something I have explored, experienced and lived myself.

That doesn't mean my journey is finished.

It means I understand what it is like to be in the process of change — to question old patterns, lose your sense of direction, listen inwardly, and gradually find your way back to yourself.

Because I have experienced this process myself, I have a deeper understanding of how I can support people: by creating space to listen, to understand, and to embrace the different parts of who we are.

From there, something begins to unfold.

We can release what no longer serves us and reconnect with the qualities that may have become buried along the way — joy, freedom, passion, authenticity and a deeper sense of connection.

Every person I meet has their own story, challenges and aspirations.

My role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk beside you as you discover who you are and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and the life you want to create.

From teaching practices to mentoring people

For me, it has never been only about teaching a class or guiding a meditation.

I look at the person sitting in front of me, beyond the practice.

What are they really experiencing?

What do they really need?

Perhaps they are wondering:

Why do I feel like something is missing?

Why have I become so disconnected from myself?

What do I actually want?

Who am I when I stop trying to be who I'm supposed to be?

And what would my life look like if I trusted myself enough to create it differently?

I've always been deeply interested in the space where all of these questions meet: the relationship we have with ourselves and the way that relationship shapes the life we experience.

Mentoring became the natural extension of everything I had been exploring and teaching.

Today, I work as a Conscious Living Mentor, using yoga, meditation, breath, voice, movement, self-inquiry and embodied practices as tools for deeper awareness, connection and expression.

But the tools are not the destination.

You are.

What I believe

I believe there is something within us that knows when we are living in alignment with ourselves and when we are moving away from who we are.

Sometimes we can hear that knowing clearly.

Sometimes it gets buried underneath expectations, fear, conditioning, busyness, or simply the habit of living on autopilot.

My work is about creating the space to listen again — and helping you develop the awareness, self-trust and freedom to discover what is true for you, and then have the courage to live from there.

I don't give you a magic formula.

I don't give you all the answers, and I don't tell you what to do or who to become.

I give you tools, and I walk beside you.

But the steps you take and the choices you make will always be yours.

For me, this is conscious living.

And this is why I see life as an art.

There is no single way to create a life.

There is no finished version of you that you have to arrive at.

There is a canvas: a collection of colours, experiences, relationships, choices, mistakes, desires, discoveries and possibilities.

And every day, we participate in creating something.

If you feel something in you is asking for change, you don't have to figure everything out alone.
