Do I need to be experienced in yoga or energy work?
Not at all. The Soulful Harmonic Yoga School welcomes everyone, whether you are new to the practice or already on your spiritual path.
The journey unfolds at your rhythm, with guidance and support to meet you exactly where you are.
What will I learn?
You’ll learn to work with your energy consciously, connect with your body, breath, and voice, and understand how to create and manifest from awareness. You’ll discover how to bring presence, flow, and expression into your daily life — becoming the conscious creator of your reality.
How is the school structured?
The school combines recorded classes that allow you to build your own sadhana and practice at your own pace. You'll find a new class every week and themed sections such as Commitment and Connection to help you deepen step by step.

What kind of practices are included?
You’ll explore a wide range of practices: yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, voice and sound healing, journaling, energy awareness, energy shifts, and more. Each class is designed to help you align with your true self and integrate body, mind, and divine.
